Welcome to the EOFCA
The EOFCA exists to provide biblically based chaplain services, both personal and professional, to all law enforcement and emergency services personnel and their families within the supported agencies of Eastern Oregon.
The EOFCA is not a church. We are a Christian ministry that exalts the Lord Jesus Christ and is not in the business of seeking converts to any particular church group or denomination. EOFCA is non-denominational in emphasis, providing unrestricted service regardless of personal faith or beliefs.
